We had the privilege of orchestrating a series of strategic planning meetings and training sessions with diverse country offices, regional offices, and sector departments. Activities include Pre-Annual Work Planning Sessions, Country Managers Training, and Country Program Officers Training. This centered around harnessing collective intelligence, fostering open dialogue, and sculpting a unified vision. The implementation of these strategies resulted in not just increased productivity but also improved coordination among various teams and departments.
For Novartis, we undertook a project aimed at helping their Finance team in Africa and Europe navigate change in uncertain times. Our approach involved an assessment, a strategic workshop, and group coaching to equip the team with the skills needed to thrive amidst volatility. We focused on areas such as maintaining operational efficiency during transitions. We supported the team to increase confidence in handling uncertainty and significantly improve their ability to make informed strategic decisions. This project demonstrated the power of resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges and driving growth.
We introduced interactive sessions to break down silos and foster a team-oriented culture. These sessions incorporated team-building exercises, workshops, and brainstorming sessions. We also implemented interactive tools that allowed real-time collaboration and communication among the team members. The Group HR team reported improved communication, better understanding of team goals, and enhanced cooperation. There was a notable shift in the team’s culture, with increased camaraderie and team spirit.
We worked with the Senior Vice President’s Office of the Bank to drive new initiatives that require change management expertise. Our Principal Consultant supported the office with the change management tools and strategies to navigate the ever-evolving business landscape of the Bank, ensuring continuity. Other tasks included budget reforms and process efficiency. The Bank successfully guided transformation through our tailored change management strategy, resulting in improved operational efficiency and increased employee engagement and satisfaction.
We led a transformative team-building session to enhance team trust for Novartis. We worked with Novartis to enhance their team dynamics, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. The well-structured activities highlighted the importance of trust, leading to open communication and improved teamwork. The session was a powerful catalyst, driving the team to achieve their goals. Novartis is more confident, productive, and action-oriented – a testament to the power of trust in team building.
Working closely with the UNV, we facilitated a comprehensive Onboarding Training program for new volunteers worldwide. This program aimed at equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in their respective roles. In addition, we have facilitated training programs on Anti-Racism for the UNV.
