Strategy Planning, Annual Retreats in Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, South Africa​

We had the privilege of orchestrating a series of strategic planning meetings and training sessions with country offices, regional offices, and sector departments. Activities include Pre-Annual Work Planning Sessions, Country Managers Training, and Country Program Officers Training. implementation of these strategies resulted in not just increased productivity but also improved coordination among various teams and departments.

Navigating Change in Uncertain Times Workshop​

For Novartis, we undertook a project aimed at helping their Finance Senior Leadership Team in Africa and Europe navigate change in uncertain times. Our approach involved an assessment, a strategic workshop, and group coaching to equip the team with the skills needed to thrive amidst volatility. We focused on areas such as maintaining operational efficiency during transitions.

Project Planning and Review Meetings

We facilitated a project planning, and review meetings, including team building workshops for the Association for the Education Development in Africa. This projected involved teams from Mastercard Foundation

Change Management Strategy Development

Our principal consultant worked with the Senior Vice President’s Office of the Bank to drive new initiatives that require change management expertise. Change management strategies and plans were developed to help the Bank navigate the ever-evolving business landscape, ensuring business continuity.

Team Building-Enhancing Trust

Working with HR Leadership Team for Africa, we led a transformative team-building session to enhance team trust for Novartis. We worked with Novartis to enhance their team dynamics, fostering a culture of collaboration and improved teamwork.

Workplace Conflict Management

Working closely with the UNV, we facilitated a comprehensive Onboarding Training program for new volunteers worldwide. This program aimed at equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in their respective roles. In addition, we have facilitated training programs on managing workplace conflict, and Anti-Racism for the UNV. Sessions included interactive workshops, group discussions, and role-plays

One Workplace Culture

We worked with Froedtert Health, ThedaCare Health, and Medical College of Wisconsin of USA to assess workplace culture as a result of a merger of 3 companies. A joint workshop followed to align cultures
